Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. We are looking for an audio engineers to join our MSNBC Audio Unit. These roles will work across the unit to support multiple projects, to ensure high technical standards by mixing tape for audio platforms and fine tuning our video podcasts. The engineers will report to the Senior Production Manager and collaborate with the producers to ensure podcasts are beautifully mastered and delivered to spec. The engineers should understand and have an interest in news and politics, as well as journalism best practices.
