Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our oncology research team. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of Phase I-III clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and delivering compassionate care to oncology patients participating in research studies. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and conduct clinical trial activities including patient screening, enrollment, informed consent, and study visits. + Administer investigational products and monitor patients for adverse events. + Collect, document, and manage clinical data in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure protocol adherence and patient safety. + Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections. + Educate patients and families about trial participation and procedures. Qualifications: + Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. + Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience, preferably in oncology. + Familiarity with IRB processes, GCP, and FDA regulations. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Experience with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial documentation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
