Provide general labor support: digging, lifting, carrying, and using hand tools. Aid in equipment operation and routine maintenance tasks. Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately. Handle construction materials: load, unload, and transport materials on-site. Support quality control efforts by maintaining standards during each build phase. Perform site clean-up and organize tools and materials for the next workday. Qualifications ~3+ years of construction or general labor experience preferred. ~ Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors in variable weather, and perform physical tasks throughout the day. ~ Familiarity with hand and power tools. ~ Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. ~ High school diploma or GED preferred. ~ Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
