Description Job Title: Associate Financial Advisor/Planner Location: San Francisco; Hybrid (3 days in office) Salary: $85-115k+ (DOE) + Bonus Robert Half is teaming up with a dynamic Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm on the hunt for a driven Associate Financial Advisor. Responsibilities: + Be the main point of contact for clients and handle all communications. + Work closely with the Lead Advisor to ensure quick, complete responses. + Track tasks and follow up on pending items. + Take charge of addressing and solving client concerns. + Get to know each client's needs and preferences to represent them effectively. + Team up with internal teams to improve client service and processes. + Manage client relationships, prep materials for meetings, and provide ongoing support. Requirements + Bachelors Degree or 2+ years as a Wealth Advisor at an RIA firm + Must possess one of the following: Series 65, CFA, or CFP + Experience with Redtail, Orion, eMoney, or Morningstar + Familiarity with Schwab custodian is a plus + Demonstrates professionalism in business conferences and client meetings.
