Must-Have Skills - 3+ years of experience in Knowledge/Content Management, Information Architecture, or Communications
- 1–3 years of ServiceNow knowledge management (knowledge blocks, knowledgebase setup, audience visibility)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex content for self-service use
Nice To Have Skills - Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge for editing content templates
- Familiarity with SEO principles and UX/UI best practices to enhance user experience
