Salary: $103,450 - 197,730 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Science discipline; however, if you have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data and analytics or technical roles, this may be accepted in place of a degree. You should have four years of experience in an information management environment, business application role, or data delivery. If you hold an advanced degree in a related area, 2 years of relevant experience will suffice. We expect basic familiarity with data management practices and theories, along with previous experience using tools that address data management risks. Intermediate knowledge of SQL and related languages is essential. You should also be adept at building relationships across various management levels, skilled in addressing data discrepancies, and possess strong interpersonal skills for delivering presentations.

• In this role, I will encourage you to identify areas for process enhancements throughout all information management responsibilities. You will actively participate in discussions that promote consistency and efficiency within cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will help establish standard processes and tools aligned with business needs. Your duties will include maintaining Information Asset Inventories, classifying data and assets accurately, and ensuring compliance with Information Governance standards. You will oversee the metadata repository, validate data quality information, and document data quality corrective actions. Furthermore, I expect you to support compliance assessments by documenting data quality compliance failures and providing recommendations for Master and Reference Data processes. You'll play a key role in aligning data practices with enterprise policies, analyzing critical data for privacy initiatives, and ensuring risks associated with business activities are identified and managed effectively.
