About the Role
We are looking for passionate, full-time pediatric clinical therapists to help us transform the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children aged 0-14. Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0-14), parents, and families, using an intuitive online platform.
Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), and other evidence-based approaches.
Document clinical sessions, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, through the platform.
Participate in weekly case reviews and team meetings to ensure quality care and professional development.
About You:
You are an independently licensed therapist in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
You have at least 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy to children and families, with a strong foundation in treating common mental health challenges in children using evidence-based methods.
You are comfortable with technology and open to using innovative tools to enhance your clinical practice.
You are not opted out of Medicare.
You are deeply passionate about providing mental health services to children and families and eager to contribute to the growth and evolution of virtual mental health care.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
At least 50% of your clinical sessions should be after 3pm PST (M-F) or on Saturdays, to accommodate children's schedules.
Compensation:
Competitive annual salary ranging from $103,000 to $120,000, based on your preferred schedule.
