Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, evidence-based teletherapy through a user-friendly platform to children (ages 0-14), parents, and families.
Conduct therapy using well-established interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
Complete thorough clinical documentation, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, using the platform.
Engage in weekly case reviews and meetings with the management team to ensure high-quality care and collaborative support.
About You
You hold a Master's degree and are independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
You bring at least one year of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families, with a proven ability to treat common mental health concerns using evidence-based practices.
You are comfortable using technology and eager to incorporate digital solutions into your clinical care.
You are not opted out of Medicare.
You are passionate about providing mental health support to children and families, and you're excited about contributing to an innovative startup that is shaping the future of virtual care.
Work Schedule
40 hours per week.
We ask that 50% of your clinical sessions occur after 3 PM PST (Monday-Friday) or on Saturdays, to better align with children's schedules.
Compensation
Salary range: $103,000 - $120,000 annually, based on your preferred schedule.
