**Summary:**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Employee Health supports the health and well-being of team members by providing clinical services, administering immunizations, managing health records, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to occupational health and safety efforts. This role ensures timely and compassionate care delivery in alignment with organizational values, regulatory standards, and infection control practices.

**Description**
1. Administer vaccines, TB tests, and other injections per standing orders and Employee Health protocols
2. Assist with new hire screenings, annual health assessments, and surveillance programs (e.g., respiratory fit testing, flu clinics)
3. Monitor employee exposures (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, communicable diseases) and follow up per established protocols
4. Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records in accordance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
5. Support injury triage, coordinate referrals, and provide follow-up care for work-related injuries in collaboration with Workers' Compensation
6. Serve as a resource for employee health questions, wellness initiatives, and infection prevention practices
7. Assist with data tracking, reporting, and compliance monitoring (e.g., vaccine status, health screenings, leave clearances)
8. Participate in Employee Health and wellness events, educational outreach, and continuous improvement activities
9. Other Duties as Assigned - Support organizational needs with flexibility, collaboration, and a service-oriented mindset in alignment with Arkansas Children's mission and values.
