Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support the Boeing Production System (BPS) Future Production team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.
We are looking for a leader that has the ability to partner cross-functionally with other organizations to quickly address production constraints. A successful manager will work to achieve team and program goals, while prioritizing and continuously fostering a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10+ people that are a mixture of IAM and SPEEA represented and individual contributors.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
3+ years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Willing to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a leadership role
3+ years of experience with data analysis
3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
3+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
3+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)

Summary Pay Range: $117,800 - 136,400
