Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Olympia, WA for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with a variety of sensory and motor challenges, including fine and gross motor, visual motor, and sensory processing difficulties. They will work collaboratively with families and other professionals to create customized treatment plans, monitor progress, and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy
Washington State Occupational Therapy License or eligible to obtain one
Pediatric experience preferred, ideally in school, outpatient, or early intervention settings
Expertise in sensory integration theory and practice, primitive reflex integration, and neurodevelopmental treatment
Experience with standardized assessments and goal writing
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles
Comfortable with technology, such as electronic documentation and teletherapy

Salary: $ 30.00 60.00 Per Hour
