About the Role
Are you passionate about making high-quality, evidence-based mental health care more accessible to children and families? We are seeking part-time pediatric clinical therapists to provide virtual therapy for children ages 0-14 in a supportive and innovative environment. Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children, parents, and families.
Utilize interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to support children and their families.
Maintain clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans) using a user-friendly platform.
Participate in weekly case reviews and team meetings to collaborate and enhance care delivery.
About You
Enjoy working in a collaborative and growing clinical community.
Hold a Master's degree and are independently licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Have at least one year of independent clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families using evidence-based practices.
Are comfortable using technology to enhance therapy services.
Passionate about improving access to mental health care and excited to contribute to an innovative approach to virtual pediatric therapy.
Schedule
Flexible part-time hours: Choose from 10, 15, or 20 clinical hours per week.
High-demand session times include:
Monday-Friday: 3 PM - 8 PM PST
Monday-Friday: 7 AM or 8 AM PST
Saturdays: 8 AM - 4 PM PST
Customize your schedule within these peak hours to best fit your availability and client needs.
Compensation & Benefits
$85 per clinical hour (W2 position).
Estimated annual part-time earnings: $38,250 - $76,500 (assuming 45 working weeks per year).
