Supervise and motivate a production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Maintain top-notch quality, safety, and sanitation standards for your shift’s operations.
Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure on-time, efficient delivery of product orders.
Oversee resources, materials, and supply levels to meet and exceed production goals.
Hold your team accountable while creating a positive, safe, and results-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and plant policies.
Experience: 3+ years in a food or beverage production plant in a supervisory production role.
Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams in a production setting.
Industry Fit: Experience in refrigerated or climate-controlled environments is a strong plus.
Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
