General Summary
The School Nutrition Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the school’s food service operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school cafeteria, providing nutritious and appealing meals to students and staff. They ensure that the school cafeteria provides students with nutritious and well-balanced meals, while also making sure all food safety regulations are adhered to. The School Nutrition Administrator responsibilities include supervising cafeteria staff, preparing and serving meals, maintaining inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
