Position Information
SEARCH has an immediate opening for a Senior Archaeologist with extensive experience in geophysical sensing survey methodologies to support archaeological projects and utilities work. This position is based out of our Carnegie, PA office.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or a closely related field.
Completion of an accredited archaeological field school and/or six months of field experience.
Minimum five years of professional archaeological field experience encompassing some supervisory experience.
Minimum of one year of experience utilizing GPR and other remote-sensing equipment.
Experience conducting utility locates and cemetery delineation preferred.
Ability to travel for extended periods of time and maintain a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
Ability to obtain government security clearance.
