Position Overview:

SOULCHI seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior PR Specialist to lead our public relations efforts and elevate our brand presence through strategic storytelling and media relations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for pitching sustainable solutions to the media and key stakeholders. As a Senior PR Specialist, you will be crucial in shaping our brand narrative, building relationships with media outlets, and driving positive press coverage for our initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and credibility in the industry.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and key stakeholders in the media landscape.

- Pitch compelling story angles and press releases to secure media coverage in top-tier publications, broadcast outlets, and online platforms.

- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities and risks to the brand's reputation and messaging.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop messaging, key talking points, and PR materials aligned with brand objectives.

- Plan and execute press events, product launches, and media tours to generate buzz and excitement around our initiatives.

- Serve as the company's spokesperson, representing our brand and values in interviews, press conferences, and speaking engagements.

- Measure and analyze PR performance metrics, including media impressions, reach, sentiment, and share of voice.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven experience (9 years) as a PR Specialist or similar role, with a track record of securing impactful media coverage and building solid relationships with media contacts.

- Deep understanding of sustainability issues, environmental initiatives and the ability to pitch for sustainable solutions effectively.

- Strong network of industry contacts, including journalists, editors, influencers, and thought leaders in relevant sectors.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitch stories to diverse audiences.

- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to identify newsworthy angles and opportunities to showcase our brand.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

- Passion for sustainability, social impact, and making a difference through strategic communications.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on PR performance metrics.
